What NeeshFinder is

NeeshFinder generates research-style reports about local business opportunities in US zip codes. Reports are produced by AI from publicly known demographic and industry information, then presented in a structured format.

A report is a starting point for your own research. It is not a business plan, financial advice, legal advice, a market study you can rely on for financing, or a promise that a business will succeed.

Estimates, not guarantees

Every financial figure — startup costs, revenue ranges, margins — is a planning estimate. Competitors, costs, licensing and demand must be verified locally before you commit money.

We work to keep reports useful and specific, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or that figures will prove accurate for your situation.

Accounts and fair use

You are responsible for the email address you use with NeeshFinder and for any activity under it. Free reports are limited per person and per email address, and we may block access when we detect attempts to obtain reports in bulk or by misrepresenting who you are.

You may not resell, redistribute, or republish reports as your own product, or use NeeshFinder to build a competing report service.

Purchases

Paid plans are billed by our payment provider. A Report Pack is a one-time purchase of a set number of reports; Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription you can cancel at any time.

Your plan covers the email address used at checkout. Prices may change for new purchases, never retroactively for a term you have already paid for.

Your content

If you send us feedback, you keep ownership of what you wrote. By ticking the publish box, you give us permission to show your comment publicly with your first name; you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to NeeshFinder is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or business losses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. If a change is significant, we will note it by email or on the site.
