The 30-day money-back guarantee
If a NeeshFinder report isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked — you don't have to explain why.
The guarantee applies to the Report Pack and to your first Pro Monthly payment. It covers your most recent purchase in a 30-day window.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used at checkout, and include the date of your purchase. That's all we need.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Subscriptions
Pro Monthly renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling stops future charges. If you cancel within the first 30 days and feel the reports didn't deliver, ask for the refund — the guarantee still applies.
What isn't covered
We can't refund a purchase from an account that was used to generate reports in bulk or in breach of our terms, and we can't refund on behalf of a plan bought for a different email address unless you can show you own it.
