What we collect

When you request a report we collect the zip code you enter, your name and your email address. When you buy a plan, our payment provider collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number.

We also record basic usage information (pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, and the buttons you click) so we can understand which pages and features are useful.

How we use it

Your zip code and name are used to generate your report and personalize the email we send you. Your email is used to deliver reports, your access links, and occasional product or research emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Aggregate, non-identifying information about which reports are generated helps us improve our niche selection and content.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the services that run NeeshFinder: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our payment provider for purchases, and the AI model provider that drafts report text. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect the service from abuse and fraud.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: one to remember a referral code you arrived with, one to keep you signed in to your reports dashboard, and advertising or analytics cookies that help us measure which campaigns bring people here.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. Some features, such as staying signed in to your dashboard, will stop working if you do.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing and research emails using the link in any of them. Transactional emails, such as report delivery and purchase receipts, are still sent while you have an active account or purchase.

To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us and we will action the request within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Reports and account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support purposes. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
